a creative Tourism Development plan. Facilitated strategic partnerships
leading to $16 million in development and 44 new jobs. Forecasted a
dramatic increase in Tourism activity for the Village
Tatamagouche – Provided a destination
marketing strategy and a community fundraising package. Gathered the
community together to pool resources
Village of Belledune – Currently
creating a strategic development plan to reverse the out migration
of their population. The plan includes processes for working with industry,
site plan and partnership opportunities for new retirement and vacation
villages and specific procedures to help sustain the existing business
and attract new ones
The Village of Lunenburg – Devised
a tourism marketing strategy that brought together tourism operators
to pool resources, both human and financial and created a strategy
to draw additional activity to the community - Packaged for funding
